Hi KaylaBear,
First, thanks for the link. Had me writing questions down for my T.
How do you see theories of HPA axis dysregulation in (among other populations) those chronically abused fitting in with successful therapeutic outcomes? Sometimes I wonder that when the dysregulation is of long standing, symptoms remain, and medication is indicated.
I hesitate in some ways to ask because the atmosphere on board has been a bit charged lately. Still, you know I am trying to sort some things out for myself, my treatment, and long term prognosis. My question is asked in sincerity and a desire for information exchange (Wow. What a fancy way to say 'discussion'.)
thanks,
fb

Your welcome, Phillipa. Floatingbridge-that is a question for Stanford! Though-I'm wondering-what does Standford specialize in regarding mental health? I do know one of the therapists links, Peter Williams, said it never completely goes away-but it gets a lot better. My T also told me it never completely goes away.
This is the end of the thread.
