Anybody heard of Alpa Stim for depression and anxiety?
http://www.alpha-stim.com/default.htm
...you need a prescription for it in the U.S. but it's available in almost every other country without a prescription.
It's very expensive, do you think it's can be useful for SA and depression ?

I trialled it and then got a refund, I can't remember the company off the top of my head, but they did give me a refund without any qualms. I used it for depression and if anything it made my depression worse. I also have Social anxiety and it didn't do a thing for that. I can't recommend it i'm afraid. Julie

Same here,i got it from a vendor, and first it looked and felt like a childs toy,a cheap one at that.
Second all it did was make me dizzy and sick like spinning around.I was pretty upset, but unlike you i still have it sitting somewhere, but i will never mind to much spending money on treatments, what good is money if youre too sick to enjoy it.
Still i wish id have taken more time to read about it,it was a impluse buy and i guess just being able to say the fda on your product makes people think.
I spent thousands and thousands on treatment in ten years, due to the help of insurance, meds werent too bad,the top ones that got me good were,
600 alpha stim
150 2 x to see a "certified holistic doc"all i got from there was natural medicine that now when i look up cost 15 bucks.
The year i went all natural, with no insurance its all at of pocket, and the better sounding claim of a natural product just meant it also cost more too,the natural method of treatment is very costly.

I have used it - at very low levels - for cranial sacral therapy using the ear clips and found that it helps mood but doesn't do much for acute anxiety. I have only done short trials, such as 3 days in a row, 20 minutes a session.
I bought the device for arthritis pain management in fact and it does work well. You must read the materials that come with it because there really is a method to using it.
Most suppliers will give you a 14 day trial "rental" after which point you can choose to buy.
be well,
