Wellbutrin doesnt really seem to have potency as Rililin yet, it does cause siezures, so one thing about wellbutrin...it makes smoking boring, you don't feel that "click" I need a smoke, because it's already there.
I've looked at alot of bupropion, maybe it could enhance cognition, it really doesnt that much, it does in a small way. I was thinking it would work like Ritilin.

Are you basing this on your experience with the time-release or the instant-release formulations? I have made my own instant-release by pulverizing the time-release and putting it in gel caps, and it feels similar to ritalin or amphetamine, although not as strong.

I just was saying, it's effect is similar to Rililin yet it's far less noticable in cognitive things. It does have sort of a "buzz" in the first hour, like the activating part of it.
Wellbutrin [bupropion] is a mild stimulant.

That's intresting because Ritilin lasts about 2 hours, the "buzz" from wellbutrin is close because of inhibition of dopamine and NE, yet it doesnt really last that long. About 3-4 hours after the initial dose, it's more antidepressant than cognitive.

Blocks reuptake of dopamine. Blocks release too. Anticholinergic (a bit). Last two might account for the memory loss. Bummer.

I think bupropion was formulated to not give you that buzz immediately. Drugs that stimulate dopamine release like amineptine have always been looked at suspiciously because of the potential for abuse. Bupropion is different, although I have read that people do try to abuse it.
Personally I found bupropion to improve focus and concentration. It wasn't an immediate thing, it took like 9 days to have a noticeable effect.
