Ive been at 75mg for quite sometime now(3 months?). At first it was completely great, but im assuming that was the euphoric stage. It has lessened some I believe. Im still able to do things I never would of done.
I do drink when I go out which is like once a week. Why is this so bad?
As far as side effects go, I get constipation, I wake up a few times during sleep, and anorgasma.
Should I go up to 90mg since the side effects arent that bad for me? will 15mg more be THAT much different than now?

If you are still depressed then you should raise it. If you trying to catch that euphoric feeling again I would stay at 75 mg because what will you do when the euphoric feeling goes away at 90 mg? It's not normal to feel euphoric even though it feels pretty darn good.

In my experience and opinion, the euphoria is an initial side effect of Nardil that passes. If you still are depressed, try 90mg. I am currently on 60mg. My body initially responded with all kinds of side effects, including euphoria and anorgasmia. All of these side effects have passed. However when I tried going up to 75mg, some side effects returned (such as sleepiness, blurred vision). And the depression that was left didn't improve.
Regarding drinking, I do not think it is bad at all. Of course, limit it and be careful. Stick with bottled beers only, though. Heck, last night was New Year's and I had about 2 beers and 3 glasses of red wine with no problem except for being very buzzed! So enjoy that drink once a week.
Be careful with those damn cheeses. I got the dreaded reaction eating monterey jack but took a pill of nifedipine and it subsided.

Did you swallow the nifedipine whole or did you break it open in your mouth?
Did your blood pressure fall too low afterwards?

I bit into it. It actually tastes pretty good! My pressure did not fall too low afterwards. But boy was it high -- like 190/110 or something.

I have never experienced any raise in BP yet, as far as bottled beer goes I have drank a 12 pack any am completely fine.
