Birth defects and male infertility while on SSRIs

HI

I have been reading there has been some research carried out on the above subject.
Any males here had any problems with fertility or if you did manage to get women pregnant is there any examples of birth defects.
I am taking cipramil and we are soon t start trying for baby so Im very worried.

I've read for females could be a risk factor and benefits have to weighted by the doctor no idea about males. Any links to this? Phillipa
