First, I must say that the Pristiq is helping ALOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!only been 2 weeks but I am much calmer and not as down as I was....in other words I know there is hope again and I am finally feeling back to normal.....
YAY!
Only real side effect is fatigue.....do other people experience this side effect?
Ways to combat it?
I am taking in the AM...The fatigue tends to start in midafternoon (around 3) so I am hesitant to take it at night (afraid it would make me even more tired in AM)...... I am having a VERY hard time waking up in the AM!!!! But am getting 8 hours of sleep with lunesta......Any suggestions?
Currently taking:
10 mg Librium in AM (afternoon dose rarely needed)
50 mg Pristiq in AM
30 mg Vyvanse in AM
10 mg Zyrtec at night for allergies
1-2 mg of Lunesta at night

First that's good news. Not can you adjust the timing maybe of the pristiq to suit your sleep schedule maybe take later in the am? Phillipa

Hi Fm,
I'm so glad that your mix is working. I do experience pristiq fatigue, too. (You know I take it at night.) Maybe Phillipa's suggestion about timing it mid-day or mid-morning? That does mean one more pill to remember....
happy for your good news!,

Great news. I don't experience fatigue but I take provigil so... I take the pristiq first thing in the am. Maybe you could augment with a stimulant though since you're over the rage it may be better to stear clear.
Glad to hear things are looking better.
