Screw sleep hygene crap. It doesn't work. I'd rather get some sleep via a nap than not - if I havn't slept well the night before.
At least with a nap I reduce some of the stress of the insomnia.

Sleep hygiene?
Who thought that up?
And what's with the 'hygiene' thing?
So that's where Hydergine gets its nice clean feel from?

Linkage,Sometimes, I really wonder about the people who write that advice. It is like they can't think out of the boiler plate box.
Personally, as long as I don't nap in the evening, I have found that taking a short one has never interferred with my sleep.
So I don't blame you for feeling the way you do.
