The only time, serotonin sydrome happened to me, 5-HTP (Serotonin's) precu, with Prozac. Didnt know at the time, most thing's say do not take with MAOI inhibitor, because maybe back in the past there was alot of reactions from Parmate, Nardil, Marplan, and made it known to all, companies to put do not take this is if you take MAOI inhibitor, save lives. You head get's tight, feel's like pressure (not in a migrane) is going everywhere, your eyes hurt, nauseas (yet if you have to, throw up in the John, you will still have the horrible "pressure, horrible feeling", not a headache, it's litterly pressure. (Yet I cannot say, it is or not).

I [think] from transmission overload [siezure-like] Or a siezure, only way for Serotonin Syndrome is "blocking Serotonin" at the hospital, just like antipsychotic medication block dopamine [Thorzaine[1950], Haldol, Zyprexa (new class [1996], bit safer, yet vaies with people). I will tell you one Remedie, Magnesium at high doses, causes "slowing" signal's, just Like Lithium slow's mania (rapid, out of control thinking)

Clomimpramine, Adranfel? old antidepressant, if Prozac work's well with it, that's amazing. Only thing, worried a bit the Tramadol, it does stimulate Serotonin (good for depression sometimes), One time i was having migranes from studying from Exam's that would not leave, Maltex, yet read, if it's a serotonin stimulator, because if it is, and you take Prozac (which keep's serotonin from being drained, (some people's drain's are too big, yet not to propaganzize the use of antidepressant's, the past in 1920's before, people did survive without/even with depression. They had remidies back then, who know's what they where?

Just think of the Dark Ages after Rome!

I would, look on it, safe-side, Just read on Tramadol, it's a painreliever, but not a narcotic (that i know of). Aka, the other's.

That's really intesting both Clomimramine and tramdol, can do the same action, in a diffrent way. Yet, if the pain is strong, they combined, can add a effect. These are not Opiates, thought Tramadol was, always look up stuff, or the label.

Takecare
