I can't stand the ssri side effects, they all seem to do the same thing to me. Has anyone here experienced any positive effects on SA/GAD/Depression with Nefazodone?
I know it has the major "black box" warning and you will surely die from liver disease if you take it, but I don't care about that I just want to know if it has been effective for anyone.

How do you know "you will die from it"? I don't know why people always think negative when they hear of a side effect. Serzone has been very effective and if you watch your blood levels you can catch any abnormal reaction.

I started a few years ago and stopped when heard Canada and Europe had banned it for the liver. Read it on here. Phillipa

I took serzone and just didn't find it a very helpful adjunct. But that doesn't mean it wouldn't work for you. Has your pdoc suggested you try it?
