Some authors have proposed that fluvoxamine would have an advantage over other SSRI's in terms of cognative improvement due to sigma-1r receptor agonism. Has anyone actually noticed that fluvoxamine has a beneficial effect on cognition in comparison with other SSRIs?

Link, I was on luvox about 5 years ago for 2 months. I felt like I was on valium.... chronic fatigue, apathy, for the 2 months... lost my summer that year! I went to my gp for blood tests thinking I had some underlying issue only to find out it was luvox. I remember stopping the luvox and starting effexor, wow, I had my life back again! So, for me, a nervous depressive, it was the worst of all ssri's, never again.
