I just switched yesterday from Lexapro to Zoloft. I haven't noticed any major side effects, but I have had a slight headache just at night (both yesterday night and tonight). It's the same type of headache that I've gotten when I've tried to stop an SSRI cold turkey. Could this be from taking 50mg Zoloft (which is apparently ~10mg Lexapro) as opposed to the 20mg Lexapro I was on? My doctor told me that I could increase the dose if I want, but I am not sure if I should wait to see if it helps at all first.

Personally I'd wait a few days maybe decrese the lex a bit and add a bit to the zoloft daily for a while. Love Phillipa let your brain get used to the change.

i'd probably take more, if it feels like ssri withdrawal. if its pretty mild feeling, i might not though.
