Does this work for anxiety? Can you take it while weaning from Klonopin? Does it have any side effects?

First, welcome to babble.
Second, I don't place much faith in this Zenbev stuff. It's not a great source of tryptophan, and it's overpriced. Ground pumpkin seeds and "high-glycemic index carbohydrate". Ummm, you mean like sugar? If you eat any complete protein and follow it with sweets, you'll get something like the same effect. Or, you could buy some L-tryptophan. For anxiety, especially while withdrawing from a benzo, you might consider the following:

You are not going to get a Klonopin-like effect from supplements, but you may find that you can make your anxiety more tolerable.
