Abilify continuing to help

Posted by Jakeo29 on December 22, 2008, at 19:13:20

Hi guys, thanks for the responses with my last post. It appears that I have more increased energy during the day. Even on top of the Zoloft, Concerta, Strattera combo. I am also noticing that I have continued energy beyond when the stimulants wear off. However night time sleep patters starting to get quite interesting again. I am starting to notice more hypnagogic hallucinations right when I fall asleep. Most people say that this symptom with Narcolepsy is frightening, I find it kind interesting. I sort of relate it to lucid dreaming. Where I am in a different type of dream state, but not as powerful as deeper sleep REM dreams. However, I can still hear ambient noises when I am having these, e.g, Fans, Cars on the road outside, weather outside, etc. I have also notice my awakening time has been very early. 3:00 am. My bedtime would be around 11:00. I take my morning meds at my first awakening (3:00am now) (strattera, Depakote, Lamictal, etc) However, I do get back to sleep for several more hours and feel pretty good around 8:00 am. I also been working a pretty vigorous job, and exercise may also be increasing endorphin levels. Could be a combination of exercise and Abilify increasing blood flow and neurotransmitters?
