The pain is mild...I would say a 3 out of 10 and right in between my boobs. It's constant though.
Could it be gas? Heartburn? High blood pressure?
I don't want to rush to the doctor's office, let alone the ER and have them tell me I'm a big hypochondriac. I'm 32, don't smoke, low cholesterol, no known risk factors for heart disease.
I did take a fish oil supplement before going to bed lat night, so maybe that could have irritated my stomach, who knows. And I know nothing of body anatomy.Anybody's ever had a similar experience? Any suggestions?
I just freak out easy because of being on a stimulant, and the possibility of it causing heart problems.

Well don't panic. Ultimately you want to determine whether it is the Adderal or not. You may skip a day then reintroduce it to see if there is a problem.
You can take your blood pressure to see if its high. If the pain worsens I would contact a physician or hospital.

Adderall can increase anxiety which can cause chest pain. Are you experiencing anxiety with the chest pain?
The pain you describe could certainly be heartburn. Perhaps switch to taking fish oil in the morning. You could discontinue the Adderall and see if the pain stops.
If the pain gets worse or radiates to your arm, jaw, or neck, this is cause for going to the ER immediately.
