Has anyone found glycine to make them forgetfull?
I stoped glycine a few days ago, because its making me forgetfull. That side effect came on after I started glycine.

I noticed the memory problems fairly quickly after starting it. They didn't go away. Took it for 1.5 years. I would find myself going into a room to get something, and when I would get there I couldn't remember what I came for. This happened all the time, just about every time. It was embarasing. I would pretend to know what I was there for and start looking around untill I came across some thing that I came for. I was not smoking pot either.
