It's 7:35pm right now. I'm dont feel, i feel depressed, and worn out. The feeling you just want to go to sleep.
I took it at 11:15am- so i guess for me it wears out of my system in about 7 hours.
2nd of all, i dont what really to do. I banned, and my doctor, man if i misuse any amphetamine it's over with. So, you take it. It works as long as it lasts and it wears off and you have to deal with the after-effect.
Dextroamphetamine is a useful medication, substance in Medical use, for attention, focus, and sustained alertness. But, it has a after effect where you feel "washed out". I stopped misusing it, mainly. I found, misuse or abuse will result in very uncomfortable states, paranoia, panic attacks (severe), EXTREME DEPRESSION! and will be so bad, loss of skin color, it dehydrates you whole body. This is of course 12 years of experience with stimulants. So, i just take it in morning, and i say "i know what the effect will be at 6:00pm, so i'll be ready".
Dexedrine was more preferrable (obviously because it immidataly goes into the BBB) it would wear off in 3 hours. I was instructed to take it twice daily. It more "active" than Vyvanse, the effects are so quicker, and more noticable.
Note* this is why Vyvanse is now prescibed over Adderall XR. Vyvanse is very stupid to abuse, you will get the effects paranoia, but feel awful. *Again, this is noted why is low abuse potential. But still, it can be abused.
Vyvanse gives a steady feeling...takes an hour to feel an feeling effect, dexamphetamine just "bam!" in 15min after oral intake, same to adderall, and Focalin (cannot stand any Ritilin type-medications)
But, for somereason, Vyvnase keeps me incredibly drained after it wears off. I feel "spaced", feel like i've taken "Seroquel" (due to the lack of dopamine feeling)
So, thats my say folks. I can't take Dexedrine to my knowlage with this doctor.

E-mail with two people who love vyvanase they think it reallly helps their add. They don't abuse it take as prescribed for them it doesn't wear off early maybe you're a fast metabolizer???? What does your doc say? Love Phillipa
