Hello, Im at work. Vyvanse always helps me with my focus during the day. And its much more preferred over dexamphetamine which only last 3 hours and redosing is awful.
I take high dose of Vyvnase because i have a learning disorder, but anxiety itself, and with d-amphetamine cause me to sweat, dialated eyes, and sometimes just act weird. I take 1mg usally, and it calms it so fast and im fine. It doenst conteract the effect, it just sofens the nerve, with addition improving focus. Because im calm.
I would go on dexamphetamine (Dexedrine) again, but its abusable, and lasts short.
Is this ok?

You're working so that is good better than I am doing. Continue with the vyvanase it's a good drug know some others on it. You seem to be doing great. Phillipa

Were you the one who complained of derealization? If so, does the Vyvanse help with that?

Um.......it keeps the mind alert. And active, so its wierd. When i do have an anxiety attack, i take alprazolam 1-2mg oral.
But Vyvanse keeps my mind a bit more stable, on track and thinking right. Ampetamines can cause some craziness themselves if there abused, but this Vyvanse is "stupid" to abuse. It last too long and it doenst feel anything like Dexamphetamie. Very slow, released feeling. I do feel stable.
But i always panic, because meds can't change the choices you make.
