Well as of June 20th I have been on cymbalta for 1month its working alright but seem to be working better then it is now so the p-doc added buspar into my cocktail today was the first time I took it he working me up to 15mgs twice a day but for the first 2 weeks he has me taking half of that then increase it after that to the full amount how long dose it take for buspar to began to work and how long does it take for the side effects to go away would like some excititng news about how I will feel better im also still on klonopin .5mgs. I'm curious to hear how the Buspar is working for you. Would you let us know after a week or so?

I also would love to know as when I tried it they gave it very low doses and said if you'd taken a benzo it wouldn't work. Think the dose was 5mg??? Thanks Phillipa

Phillipa, I am on 7.5 mgs 2 times a day of the buspar for 2 weeks but the goal of my dr is 15mgs 2 times a day I will be taking, I also take .5mgs of klonopin plus 60 mgs of cymabata Im hoping to wein off the klonopin once the buspar is working well.ThaNK yOU Suebird
