Thyroid panel was normal, but doc. said lets try and boost your T3 , so she gave me some Armour Thyroid 15mg/day. I took it for about a week and then stopped, this was about the time I felt my anxiety getting worse. I spoke earlier about the lamictal because I was reducing that dose at the same time. It never dawned on me that the Crazy anxiety I've been having could be from the the Armour Thyroid. I figured it had been 3 days since the last dose, so I never factored it in. I did some reading today and found that the T4 part of the Armour Thyroid has a half life of 4-7 days. Please someone tell me this is why my anxiety is so bad lately. It's not as bad today as the last 4 days, but I almost went to the ER the last few days as even with the benzos on board, nothing and I mean nothing would reduce the anxiety I was feeling.

Maybe you've hit upon the reason and with a bit more time things will settle out.

Wow-- you could have figured it out! that's wonderful.
I have hypo-thyroid due to hashimoto's disease(doc found it after I delivered my second child, I was in my twenties)-- I've never been hyper-thyroid...... but I have a sister and a niece that both have been hyper-thyroid(they both had Graves disease) and they've said the anxiety-- heart racing, not being able to sit still, all around nervous feeling, was just horrible. So, from what you've said this could very well be the problem-- perhaps you aren't hypo-thyroid(low thyroid) afterall, and don't need that kind of medication.
Hope you are feeling better.

If i'm not mistaken, T3 stimulates the adrenal glands to produce more adrenaline. That would explain your increased anxiety.
