So my pdoc had me take Xanax for a week to try to get my sleep schedule back to normal. I don't think it worked very well. Last night was the first night in a week I didn't take it. Today I feel like I'm getting a cold, have a headache, and just feel really sort of dazed and out of it. Opinions on whether I'm getting sick or it's the not taking the Xanax that's causing it?

Hi Sunnydays don't think it the lack of xanax after a week as I have just stopped it with another benzo on board and nothing. Hope you are feeling better today. Xanax has a very short half life. Love Phillipa
