I have 2 questions regarding Rozerem.
First, has anyone had success with it?
Secondly, does it lower testosterone levels and if so what are the consequences of this?
Thanks...Peace...Saturn.

I've taken it, successfully, and have many good things to say about it. I took it for some time while on EMSAM, which caused insomnia for me. The Rozerem worked where nothing else did -- and the effects got much, much better over time. My doctor says that its effects continue to improve over months, so I suspect it would have been even better if I'd stayed on it. (When I went off EMSAM, the insomnia went away.)
I don't know about the testosterone question.
And I don't know that it would be a very good PRN drug.
Hope that helps.

Rozerem didn't help my insomnia. I took it most days a week for 2 weeks. Then pdoc switched me to sonata (10mg)
my pdoc said "I'm not terribly impressed with rozerem"
of course the ads featuring a beaver are clever.

Rozerem did absolutely nothing for me. Several doctors have told me that Rozerem does great things for some people and absolutely nothing for others and there doesn't seem to be much middle ground. My friend's mom takes it and swears it's a miracle drug...she said she's never slept so well.
Good luck to you!
