one 15mg tablet as a maintenance dosage. Did that ever happen for someone?I thought that the evidence is much more an increase in the dosage or for some people a fast tolerance whats written in previous pbabble posts.

I've never heard of anyone taking a maintenance dose of 15mg/d.
But that said, I have reservations about the idea that everyone who takes Nardil should go to 1mg/kg of bodyweight, or whatever the correct figure there is.
Symptoms of depression differ greatly, and if I were taking Nardil it would likely be for life, and it would seem best for me to try to nudge my biochemistry in a more optimal direction.

What are your reservations about the 1mg/kg Nardil thing? As you say, it's not for everyone. I think if one is having side effects, that might be a reason not to push the max, or if very significant improvement is seen at a lower dose, there might be no need to increase. But the 1mg/kg is a dose that is shown in research to generally be safe and effective. If I were taking less than that and still had symptoms but was tolerating the med well, I would want to push to 1mg/kg.

I'm certainly not saying people shouldn't take 1mg/kg; just that side effects are likely to be the limiting factor, especially long term.
I imagine that dose is more likely to be effective than safe.I was just speaking personally. I don't have depression that absolutely dominates my life. I can get out of bed, you know, stuff like that

As I get older (in my fifties) I feel frailer than I used to.
I suppose it's that.
