FYI, I just read the following about Trivastal:
"A "patch" formulation with more regular kinetics and avoiding some of the side-effects of the tablet formulation is presently surveyed in preliminary clinical trial."
Didn't know if you were aware of this. Sounds good to me. Don't know how far away this is from market though.

>To be honest trivastal is very easy to tolerate. There's also no dietary retrictions. More interested in parnate or nardil in a patch.

May I be your leapard? Still like patches. Less fear for the med phobic poster. Phillipa

Hi clipper,Like buldog mentioned above, Trivastal is very easy to tolerate. I don't think a patch is necessary. Besides, I would doubt of a path's efficacy over oral med.
Cheers

In reply to Re: Thanks Clipper.. But I wonder why TRIV patches » clipper40, posted by Mishal on January 12, 2008, at 22:36:48
Not sure but maybe a patch would eliminate the difficult start-up that some people (like eleanor roosevelt) experience. Maybe there are also other effects that we don't know about. Must be some good reason or they wouldn't put the money into it.
