Interesting. Although, many other growth factors which are upregulated by exercise have also demonstrated potent antidepressant effects. Namely BDNF.
I wouldn't so much wait for exercise in a pill, as I would use this as another reason to exercise.

I think FGF-2 is also increased by exercise, and tends to be low in depression.
