Should I be worried about weight gain from 25mg - 50mg of Seroquel at night? So far, I have slept great! It also seems to off set and of the hyperness I get from the prozac.
I just don't want to get fat. But sleep is wonderful.

Yes - that was me. SSRIs and bladder spasms. For some reason it doesn't happen with Prozac - just all the other ssris.
Plus - since I had a total hysterectomy, I can't sleep - so the fact that seroquel knocks me out is great.

I do not believe that weight gain is really a problem at 25-50mg. I believe it becomes a problem at higher dosages.
