I don't understand. Cymbalta was supposed to be available in Canada 2 years ago and yet it never came.
Does anyone know why?

Maxime,
I'm sorry I don't know why, but I do know Cymbalta has a tendency to cause weight gain, and I know that is a concern of yours. Hang in there.

It's a lot like effexor helped my back pain didn't help my anxiety or depression took 60mg for about three months when it first came out. Phillipa ps they said there is more norepenephrine than effexor.

yeah, I don't know whats up with that. Apparently Canadians aren't worthy of the most recent options that might prove helpful.
There are a number of drugs we don't have in Canada

Yet Americans can buy drugs from Canada (that aren't available in Canada) for a cheaper price than in the US. ????

I don't know why it's not available to you in Canada. Maybe it's the same reason that it's not covered on my American Medical Insurance Formulary. The insurance company says that it does the same thing as Effexor, which it does not, therefore they see it as a duplicate drug.

The reason is that the Rx company are slowing their drug approval effort in Canada to put pressure on them about the drug selling on the Internet.
Another $ story.
