i need help with some life problems, especially today. I have to study. I am so troubled with my life problems, i need just stop thinking about it and just help others.
I have got so much to study today. I wished we could all meet somewhere and have a study group at pbabble.

Well, what do you have to study? Perhaps we can help you with the subject matter. You might want to try the Work/School or Social Boards, as well.

my new therapist uses cognitive behavior therapy. I was actually wondering what it is and how it can help me. I have been resistant to most therapy methods tried in the past, usually therapists in the past have used psychotherapy.
Can anybody fill me in on CBT and how it worked for them?
Thanks!

im studying alot of buisness, like common stock, preferred stock, too much to explain, im STILL studying right now!
PLUS i have memorize a monologue for acting.
Plus being the MOST active but distracted person in this world (im being saractic) its pretty, with out any medication but you know what im still a person that can function, speak, use the "El banyo", can type, so i dont im going to complain.
Next time i will go on students and we need to be like post to post, or go on to the babblechat! thats even better!
