I've heard that tyrosine works well with stimulants. Can I take it with Adderall and Ritalin? I've also heard that phenylalanine works *wonderfully*as well. Some say, you can tell from the first dose (I don't know but supposedly most people can). One poster said that the DL-phenylalanine is unarguably the way to go though so you have the added benefit of extra endorphins working in your brain. Is it the D-phenylalanine that affects endorphins? L-phenylalanine is the one that converts to tyrosine right? Both forms also turn partly into phenylethylamine if I'm correct.
Can anyone give any insight? Link? Anyone?
