Here is part of an article from Medscape
The FDA also advised that use of atomoxetine at usual doses can cause treatment-emergent psychotic/manic symptoms (eg, hallucinations, delusional thinking, and mania) in children and adolescents with no prior history of psychotic illness. Data from a pooled analysis of multiple short-term studies have revealed an increased incidence of these events in patients receiving atomoxetine for several weeks at usual doses, relative to placebo (0.2% vs 0%). A potential causal role for the drug should be considered in patients who develop symptoms of psychosis or mania, and discontinuation of therapy may be indicated.
This is the end of the thread.
