I'm not doing badly by not raising the K--
of course it was only 4 days.I'm going through that crisis. I would like to
thank those who told me keep a distance for now;
i followed that advice and it is very wise indeed.I find that the distance allows me to breathe better. I feel as if a great crushing load on my chest is being removed, after many years.
My partner wants to improve so as to not lose me, but i think that is because of the character-- a character which seeks avoidance of conflict at all costs. Also, will not tell me secrets. My mother says i am still a very pretty woman, and very intelligent-- she's a sweetheart.
I don't know where things will go from here. I guess I have to just be calm. On a scale of 1-10 of stress, i'd say it is an 8.
thank you for the advice to keep a distance; it helps better than the Rivotril.
