It's awful!!! It's worse Fri and Sat and Sun eves, but is still here and awful weekdays. It's exploding right now. I just got off a hotline w/ such a nice girl that was leaving for the eve. I only have one phone line. There is another person that will hopefully be available there later.
It seems to have WORSENED since beginning the SSRI LEXAPRO.
Anyone postulate why?

Did you stop all your benzos? That could be a reason. And also maybe lexapro isn't for you. Love Phillipa

Nope still on Valium Phillipa, but P cut Lexapro back to 5mg when told it made me fatigued.
I'm prayin' or sort of 'chanting' 'to myself' an anti-anxiety prayer and trying to remain calm.
I see new P Mon. (So anxious thought tonight was Sunday!)
How might I approach this new P so he will see that it is more anxiety and loss or grief that I suffer from vs 'depression'? Anyone have any suggestions?
I am sorry I don't have a sig-other here to help me and maybe you all think I am cryin' wolf too often. I am sorry if I behave this way and any of you become tired of it.
I will log off for a bit. If anyone is up later, pls followup or babble me. I'd appreciate it very very much!
