I have a strong theory that my panic was the result of withdrawl from california rocket fuel (effexor/remeron). We were careful and took the dosage down slowly but i still had brutal withdrawals from the effexor.

I think it is possable. I have temporary increase in panic symptoms upon discontinuation of many noradrenergic agents.
I am assuming that when discontinuing a noradrenergic agent, there is a cholinergic rebound which causes panic.
It may not be peromanant, it may just take time to reset brain chemistry.

Hi! Hey you're the first person I've heard try the CARocketFuel Eff/Rem.
Eff-XR withdrawal has done just about anything I can think of to different peeps. Wouldn't surprise me if your mind became accustomed to blocking anxiety, even wee bit of it, and w/o it, it's screamin' for it now.
Hope it abates 4u.
Why did you d.c. the CARF?

Inattentive ad/hd isnt treatment resist dysthymia but they look similar.

Effexor was how my pdoc discovered I was bipolar2. Took me out the window without a parachute manic episode.
