Hi,
Has anyone ever seen an improvement from lowering their dosage?
Anyone tried Bupropion with Nardil? Help sex any? (their contradicted but so is everything, TCAS for eg.)And did it worsen insomnia?
What time of the day do you take your Nardil?
Regards.

Lowering the dosage of Nardil can sometimes produce a transient improvement, but it usually disappears within days. This has been my experience.
I can't advise you on combining Nardil with Wellbutrin specifically, but I found Parnate combined with Wellbutrin to be safe. I don't know the extent to which adding Wellbutrin would mitigate Nardil-induced sexual side effects. It might be a good move, though, particularly if you are experiencing residual depression. If you are having problems achieving orgasm, taking Periactin (4-8 mg one hour before sex) can help. It does cause sleepiness, so you will need to discover for yourself the ideal time to take it.
Sometimes, the ability to orgasm with Nardil returns on its own after 2-3 months.
I usually take Nardil twice a day. I take one dose in the morning and one in the early afternoon.
