i was wondering if we can tally all health tests relating to thinking (cognition), fatigue, and less physical but mental aspects like depression and anxiety. i am trying to get the most technical names of each test.
-B12 is an obvious one.
-fasting insulin, maybe? to measure insulin resistance?
-folate
-ironcould there be some things too high that could be detrimental? i am also interested in if there are any useful tests for magnesium and zinc... and if potassium is of any relevance.

I'm assuming you don't already know whether you have a familial history of mental (psychobiological) illness.
Nutrient deficiencies, especially here in the US would be a more rare cause.
If you're sexually active, the littany on that page, HIV and mono would probably be the most common differential diagnosis (fatigue syndromes.)
Otherwise, various thyroid levels are actually the most common.
The neurological causes listed there are far more rare. One can of course order all the tests in the book like I did for my disorder... but depending on the insurance they may deny or the costs will add up.
Cortisol testing possibly. That's peeing 24/7 into a jar for a day.
The vitamin deficiencies (which are more about iron and blood levels) are different by race too, in part.

yeah, i am still taking antibiotic treatment for the lyme. no real effect. i think it may be exhausting me more. i think either i may not have it and my positive test was a fluke, or that the damage was done and isn't overly treatable, at least without IV Rocephin.

Intravenous antibiotics are not without their pitfalls, to say the least. There are other antibiotics out there, including oral ones, if this is indeed a true positive. However that is up to your ID specialist.
I'm sorry you have had this diagnosis.
I assume you had the Lyme IgM and IgG titers =before= you had the Western Blot.
