Hi.
Has anyone failed to respond to Nardil or Parnate and ultimately responded to Emsam?

Scott looks like we're both collecting data. Is EMSAM moving up on your list? Love Phillipa

I have used liquid deprenyl in conjunction with parnate im small doses, and that at times worked very well, but only the latter, liquid deprenyl alone turned ugly on me fast, with a speed like anger/anxiety that was terrable,i needed to use it sparingly and when the thought came up to combine it with parnate since that stayed in the yellow zone for a long time,i noticed the minute i tried to get carried away it backfired. So keeping the deprenyl dose in the mg increments was crucuial.
One thing i kinda bounced in my head was the patch with a very low parnate dosing,i dont believe parnate for certain people stay active as nardil does,i can literaly feel a 4 hr life in parnate, almost to a tea.
Last,i remember having some success on a 50 mg parnate morning dose with the smallest smallest amount of ablifiy,a very small pieace of the pill.
I remebered for whatever reason a benzo in any way ruined this benifit,i went three weeks straight with this success,i had samples though,it was my old docter, not sure why i havent looked into it again, guess i wanted more than the success i had then, but looking back it wasnt bad at all,i was up and making breakfast and playing with my pets at the crack of dawn,if thats right, lol.

I would expect that someone diong well on Parnate wouldn't be approved to switch over to EMSAM. It's like a "baby" MAOI in terms of depression relief, right? Would this be best suited for a non-responder to SSRI's, w/ mild depression/dysthymia, rather than a stronger MAOI? (ME!)

I've really only used "wimpy" AD's, except for Effexor, which is supposed to be fairly strong compared to SSRI's at therpeutic levels. I did feel it, however, it just wasn't the right med for me.
