My ER doc last night kept coming in the room and saying "ggod to see you, I'm glad to see you, not under these circumstance but I'm glad to see you" and I kept thinking "For crying out loud. WHAT circumstance SHOULD you be seeing me under??????" FInally my husband and I started laughing so hard about it I think they finally just kicked us out. By the way, I DO have MAJOR vertigo, and they think it's an inner ear infection. Update on that another time.

How odd. Maybe he wanted to be invited to tea? Or hadn't been to bed for 48 hours and was losing it....
It's great he made you laugh, though. Wonder if he gets a lot of that?
