I have a prescription for 10 mg propanolol that I take about twice a year when I have a solo or audition (classical violin). It's a beta-blocker and I use it to keep my hands steady and my heart rate calm. I've never had any bad side effects, and it definitely helps my performance anxiety (stage fright)
About 10 days ago I started taking cymbalta for major depression and anxiety. I'm up to a 60 mg dose. Unfortunately, I have a scary performance coming up this week, and I'm not sure whether it's advisable to take the propanolol on top of the cymbalta.
Any thoughts, or any experience with inderal a.k.a. propanolol? Thanks :)

I don't think you'll have any problems at all. I take Inderal for migraine prevention and took Cymbalta too. The Cymbalta didn't work out for me, but I didn't have any reactions to taking the Inderal too
