Has anyone had a good experience taking both Wellbutrin and Lexapro at the same time?
I'm bipolar and my depressions are extreme. I have been in one since December. Really bad. We kept bumping the Lexapro up (40mg now) but it wasn't cutting it. Now I'm taking 150mg of Wellbutrin on top of it to see if it does anything.
And yes, as a bipolar, I know that these ADs could send me straight through the roof into mania. But my Lithium seems to be keeping that under wraps.
Any ideas??

Good combo. I know someone who has been doing well on it. It might be worth looking into adding Lamictal along with the Wellbutrin if you don't respond adequately. My doctor likes this combination.
