Seems to me amphetamines would inhibit beta-blockers. Then again, perhaps the combination of the two would conteract the peripheral side-effects of the Adderall. What do you guys think?

Nevermind, I just did a little research it doesn't sound like such a good idea.

I have had psychiatrists who've said that they do not like to use cardiovascular drugs for mental illness unless there's no other choice. Given the availability of so many other agents, I tend to agree.
Chronic use of beta-blockers can screw with your aerobic exercise performance, sexual function, etc--not to mention induce depression.
