For, me, a million dollars would be a good AD treatment in itself.
You may be able to buy more relaxation time, but asside from that I don't know. I know if I had the $ I would give Tianeptine a trial.

There is no magic cure out there, - be it medications, therapy, surgery, .. whatever - that extra $$s can buy. So, I would answer your question with 'No'.

A million dollars would sure help. You could get the best doctor possible. You could see him/her every week for an hour instead every month for 15 minutes. You could try all sorts of meds from around the world. You could explore all the alternative treatments without any monetary hesitation. And through it all, you could see the best psychotherapist several times every week to help walk you through, be your coach and cheerleader. I don't know, if I had that much money, that's what I would do.
Money itself would not provide happiness, I don't think. But it sure would open up a lot of new avenues of hope.

Thats it, money can open doors that poor people might not be able to open. I see Dr. 2.35 minautes. If I had money I'd move to a location in which I could pay to have a doctor who cared more.

I'm going to kick in with an answer. First, I wonder how much I've spent and insurance has spent already.
If money was no object, and I felt like this. I would try to find the best facility in the world. I would go there for 3months or so, and I would want exercise, diet, minimal drug therapy, deep psychotherapy, beautiful nature scenery. teamwork and confidence exercises, I would want my assumptions challenged, and my self esteem rebuilt. Help with finding a purpose for myself in the world.
After i left, I would want a gym membership, couple of different therapies a week. Pdoc who is interested in max results with minimum pills. Habitat for Humanity or something like that to stay grounded.
And I still might blow it, but that is what I would want to give myself a fair start.

I know what you are saying. Depression is never completely biological in my opionion. There are always environmental factors, and money can change the environmental factors.
When my finances are not goood, it *always* adds a degree of strain on the depression.
