provigil beta-blocker safe?...rphstudent?

Is it safe or even beneficial to take a beta blocker with provigil?

Since provigil is an alpha one agonist would blocking beta receptors be safe or even beneficial? I'm concerned that by stimulating alpha receptors and blocking beta this could lead to an unbalanced blockade/stimulation of adrenergic receptors.
