Hi,
i have tried lots of things for my dopamine-related problem, in conjunction with my neuropsy offcourse, and today I've finally taken something that actually had very very nice effect, and the best of all: It's not even a neurological medicine!!!
It's called WILLONG and it's nitroglycerine.
I went to my doctor to ask for sinemet, cause i tought that would be best for me, but he didn't wanna give it cause I'm only 20 and he tought it might have bad longterm effects.
So he gave me willong. I was very disappointed and sceptical at first, but i took 2 today and guess what, it works awesome.
It gives me energy and i to believe i feel it has effect on my dopamine, cause it makes me feel more comfortable and less tight. It's never been posted here on the forum and i wonder why?
I'd also like to know why it is this heart-product has such a good effect on my lack of energy and light-depression???
Anyone got the answer?

There's a very technical explanation of why nitroglycerin may cause what you experienced in Jay Goldstein, MD, "Tuning the Brain".
Here's some related info. from the above source that you may find interesting/useful:
"When men have a good response to nitroglycerin, I try transdermal testosterone, which has an effect in 30 to 60 minutes or less. If it works they feel much more energetic. Testosterone induces the secretion of NO(nitrous oxide), which in turn increases DA (dopamine)..."
The following is a source citated by Goldstein:
(technical!)

Thanks for the info fires.
I don't think I will benefit from testosterone patches tough, cause I'm only 20 years old.
Wouldn't it be stupid to use extra testosterone at such a young age?
anyway the nitroglycerine is doing it's work so i think for now maybe i'm sort or less settled (?).
This is the end of the thread.
