Sorry if this is old news, but there seems to be cases where Abilify has reversed or remarkably improved tardive dyskinesia.

Is it just me, or does 30mgs Abilify+300mgs/Thorazine seem a little bit like overkill? I'm glad this patient's TD symptoms diminished with Abilify treatment, but adding the Thorazine seems excessive...it seems like they were just "tranquilizing" her into numbed-out, chemically lobotomized apathy. A lot of people with schizoaffective do well when a mood-stabilizer is added to the antipsychotic, or when a benzo is also added to a mood-stabilizer/antipsychotic treatment combo.
