Why would giving up trileptal, lower dose of luvox and others make me more tired? thought it would be the opposite. Fondly, Phillipa

Withdrawals can be weird...especially with SSRIs. Fatigue isn't uncommon. Plus, you could be having some sort of re-bound fatigue/depression that was being taken care of by the drugs. For example...I once had mild depression, but I had this *sense* that it would get more severe (I've been getting these epsidoes since I was 11, so I'm pretty good at that kind of guesswork). Anyway, so I took Celexa, and it didn't really help. And then...I stopped taking it. BAD idea. Intense depression, woke up with panic attacks, etc. I re-started it then tapered, and it was better.
This is the end of the thread.
