FXR and K. just don't cut the mental agitation ...does anyone notice a strong correlation between BPII mixed states (supposedly) and or similar symptoms in GAD and OCD anxiety. It makes me want to jump out of my skin... !! bad energy ...no energy all at same time. I have zero patience Thank God for music.. My frustration tolerance in public is about ZERO> I am really not as mean and pissy as I feel. Thoughts anybody!! Yes I have been self/medicating with alcohol and Pdoc knows it . I feel like I am going through "mano-pause" yeah I may have coined that term but I don't like who I am right now it is very un-comfortable most of the time.. Yes I am a man. But can't imagine how you gals out therre feel with female stuff and a mood/anxiety disorder. I have not always felt like doing myself in and or other people or things ( don't worry -no immediate danger)
