At what hours do you take your doses?
I try to stick to:
9 am 30mg
2 pm 30mg
6 pm 30mg

Is it OK if I don't take it with food?

Hi,
I take a total of 45mg at 15 mg tid (3x/day). I usually take it at about seven a.m., two p.m., and ten p.m. I usually do not take it with food.
