is this typical on nardil? i'm only on 45. i'm not able to sleep easily so am taking ambien and ativan 2 mg. in addition, i have a lot of mental energy. is there anything i can do for it?

Sounds like it's working. As soon as it's working the natural response is to say, well this is OK, lets raise the dose. I wouldn't do it that way myself. I'd be happy with something that nudged me in the right direction. This could be a long term thing.
