Has anyone here has tried caregiver provided amino acid therapy? There is a place not far from me in NYC that does just this... I am a medication sensitive patient, so I'm thinking about giving it a shot... I suffer from depression, anxiety and ocd.
I read in this book, that if you take a lot of a particular amino acid, you can imbalance the others. Kind of like a balancing scale. The book also claims you need to take certain ratios of aminos in order to make them optimized. Any thoughts?
