I feel at my wits ends. I can't take SSRIs - induces mania or fatness, plus hinders the sex drive and ability.
The only thing that I've found that works is Effexor XR 75mg - makes me happy with little pms. I take 150 Wellbutrin, but it doesn't help enough with the sexual dysfuntion. I can't take 300XL because it makes me sleepy and zombie like.
I like the 150XL Well and the 75mg Eff combo - but what can I add for the sexual dysfuntion?
I should be able to be happy and not have pms and still be able to enjoy sex.
The alternative is to be very grumpy, mean have pms and be able to have an orgasim.
Not good choices.
Help - any advise?

If this was me I'd become/pretend to be a Taoist. They recommend that men my age orgasm every tenth intercourse (no masturbation either). However their advice to women is quite different (as many orgasms as possible) so Taoism won't help you.
Can you enjoy sex, with or without orgasms? Or do you just not feel like it at all?
I wonder if Effexor affects your hormone profile adversely. Testosterone in particular. But you won't have a baseline reading, I guess.
