I thought some of you might find that interesting. I found it extrememly interesting.
I some how got my grade 10 at the RCM. Anyhow, I took tegretol and everything seemed to drop about one full tone.
It was freekey. Intersting though.

I found that Trileptal did the same thing as a startup side effect. However, it seems to have disappeared entirely.Are you taking Tegretol right now?
As an asside, I find that my depressive illness affects negatively both my perception of pitch and my ability to match it with my voice. When I begin to improve as a result of treatment, these abilities return.

No, I'm not taking tegretol now. There were a few case reports of tegretol induced abnormal pitch preception. I'm really not that tallented, I passed by only one mark.
Temporal lobes are really strange things.
